Terms of Sale (Public Offer)

1. Seller
These Terms govern the sale of the online vocal course by:

2. Product
The product is a digital online vocal course, including video lessons and related digital materials, delivered via website and Telegram mini app. A free demo lesson may be available before purchase.

3. Territory and customer eligibility
Sales are available worldwide except the Russian Federation. By purchasing, customer confirms they are not located in the Russian Federation, are not subject to sanctions, and are allowed to make the transaction under applicable law.

4. Price and payment
The price is shown before checkout as a one-time payment. No subscription and no recurring charge. Payments are processed by Stripe.

5. Contract formation
The contract is concluded when payment is successfully confirmed. The payment button clearly indicates payment obligation.

6. Delivery and access
Access to the full course is granted digitally after successful payment. Access is normally immediate; in rare technical cases it may take up to 24 hours.

7. Right of withdrawal and digital content consent
If customer is an EU consumer, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply under general rules. For digital content supplied online, this right can be lost after delivery starts if customer expressly requests immediate access and acknowledges the consequence at checkout.

8. Refund policy
Refunds are handled according to the Refund & Withdrawal Policy on this website.

9. User account and Telegram
Customer is responsible for account and device security. Sharing or unauthorized redistribution of course materials is prohibited.

10. Intellectual property
All course materials are protected by copyright. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right for personal learning use only.

11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted to contact@lansvoice.com. Response time target: within 5 business days.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in customer's country of residence.

14. Changes
Seller may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at purchase time applies to that purchase.
