Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases of our digital online vocal course.

2. EU withdrawal right (general rule)
EU consumers usually have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts.

3. Digital content exception
For digital content delivered online, withdrawal right may be lost when delivery starts if customer expressly requests immediate access and acknowledges this consequence at checkout.

4. Immediate access model
Our course is delivered immediately after successful payment.

5. When refund may be granted
Refund request may be considered if access was not provided, if there is a major unresolved technical defect, or in case of duplicate/erroneous charge.

6. How to request
Send request to contact@lansvoice.com with order email, transaction ID, issue description, and screenshots where relevant.

7. Review timeline
Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via original payment method.
